🎯 Mission

As Quality Engineer you will support a global program focused on the prevention of deviations and the improvement of compliance. You will work in a cGMP environment and collaborate closely with local departments and topic leaders at the manufacturing site. The position centers on the evaluation of quality deviations, identification of clusters and trends, and the definition and implementation of effective preventive measures. You will help consolidate and follow up action plans, support change management in involved departments, and ensure that all activities align with applicable quality and safety requirements and industrial standards.

📋 Your responsibilities

• Evaluate quality deviations in collaboration with local departments and topic leaders to identify clusters and trends within the manufacturing site.
• Identify effective preventive measures that fall within the defined scope and focus of the deviation program, ensuring alignment with overall compliance objectives.
• Consolidate comprehensive action plans for the implementation of preventive measures, working closely with topic leaders and all involved departments.
• Guide and support the relevant departments in managing the change associated with new preventive measures and process improvements.
• Monitor the progress of the action plan and follow up on the effectiveness of implemented preventive measures using data analysis and trend identification.
• Ensure that all activities are executed in a cGMP environment and comply with quality and safety requirements established by official auditing bodies and industrial standards.
• Apply policies regarding employee wellbeing, environmental care, and energy care, including correct use of personal protective equipment and accurate reporting of incidents and non-conformities.

👤 What skills do you bring to the table?

• 7 - 10 years work experience in a GMP environment, preferably within QA, QC, or Manufacturing roles handling regulated processes.
• Expert in deviation/CAPA management, able to lead investigations and define appropriate corrective and preventive actions in a structured manner.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and trend identification to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Working experience in Operational Excellence and Transformation Management, including driving improvement initiatives and supporting organizational change.
• Proven experience in project management, coordinating multiple stakeholders and tasks to deliver agreed quality and compliance outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamplayer skills
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
